Moji Reader is designed with privacy as a core principle. We do not collect, store, or share your personal information. Your articles and reading data stay on your devices and in your private iCloud account.

Information We Do Not Collect

• We do not require account creation
• We do not collect personal information (name, email, etc.)
• We do not track your reading habits
• We do not sell or share any data with third parties
• We do not use third-party analytics services

Data Storage

On Your Device

All your saved articles, collections, and reading preferences are stored locally on your device. This includes:

• Article content and metadata
• Cached images for offline reading
• Your collections and organization
• Reading preferences and settings

iCloud Sync

If you have iCloud enabled, Moji Reader uses Apple's iCloud service to sync your data across your devices. This data is:

• Stored in your private iCloud account
• Protected by your Apple ID credentials
• Not accessible to us or any third party

We do not operate any servers. Your data travels directly between your devices through Apple's secure iCloud infrastructure.

AI Features

Moji Reader uses Apple Intelligence for article summarization. All AI processing happens entirely on your device. No article content is sent to external servers for AI processing.

Analytics

We use only Apple's built-in App Store analytics, which may include:

• Aggregated, anonymous app usage statistics
• Crash reports

This data is collected and managed by Apple according to your device's privacy settings. We do not use any third-party analytics services.

Network Activity

The only network requests Moji Reader makes are:

• Fetching article content from URLs you save
• Downloading images contained in those articles
• iCloud sync (if enabled on your device)

We do not operate backend servers or transmit your data to any third-party services.

Children's Privacy

Moji Reader does not knowingly collect any personal information from children.

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected with a new "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.
